1. What we collect: nothing, by design
palazzopitti.florence.it is a static site. It has no user accounts, no newsletters, no advertising platforms, no tracking pixels and no analytics scripts of our own. We set no cookies ourselves, and browsing this site sends us no personal data.
2. Embedded third parties
Two kinds of third-party content are embedded on some pages, and they operate under their own policies:
- Headout booking widget. Pages such as tickets load an availability calendar from Headout. When it loads, your browser talks to Headout's servers, and Headout may set its own cookies and collect data as described in the Headout privacy policy. Anything you enter during a booking goes to Headout, not to us.
- OpenStreetMap embeds. Map pages such as how to get there embed maps served by OpenStreetMap infrastructure, which processes your IP address to deliver the tiles — see the OSM Foundation privacy policy.
3. If you email us
Writing to info@palazzopitti.florence.it is the only way you can give us personal data. We process what you send — your address and the content of your message — solely to reply and to fix whatever you reported. We do not add you to any list, share your address or use it for anything else.
4. Your rights under the GDPR
Since email correspondence is the only personal data we hold, exercising your rights is straightforward: email us at the address above to ask what we hold about you (access), to have it deleted (erasure), or to correct it. We will act on the request and confirm. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
5. Changes to this policy
