What to write about
- Corrections. A price, opening hour or rule on the site that no longer matches uffizi.it or Headout. Include the page URL and, if you can, where you saw the correct figure — we verify and fix.
- Feedback. Something confusing, missing or worth adding to a guide such as tickets, getting there or opening hours.
- Partnerships. Editorial or licensing enquiries about this site's content.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent guide — see who we are. We cannot sell, refund, change or look up tickets, because we never process bookings:
- Booking issues (refunds, date changes, missing confirmation emails): contact Headout support — the booking sits in their system, and only they can act on it.
- Official museum matters (lost property, accessibility requests, group permits): contact the museum through uffizi.it, the official site of Le Gallerie degli Uffizi.
